Our 200 Hour Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda TTC is prepared as an extension of our 100 Hour Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda course. You will learn how to use the beautiful knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga therapy to create a holistic lifestyle. Our teachers will teach you how to breathe and eat properly, as well as guide you through the foundation of yogic principles.

Our beautiful beach resort located in Varkala will provide you with peace and serenity as you gaze out into the ocean and watch the sunset fill the sky with a radiant, pink glow. Varkala is located in the South Indian state of Kerala which is considered to be the home of Ayurveda, a healing practice that dates back to thousands of years.

This yoga course will be primarily focused on Hatha and Vinyasa. ‘Ha’ means “sun” and that means “moon,” indicating that you will feel be able to work on both masculine and feminine energy. You will learn how to do Sun and Moon Salutations as preparation for Hatha yoga asanas, as well as how to properly align and adjust in each asana. Our experienced teachers will teach you pranayama, mantra, mudra, bandha, and Yoga Nidra techniques. You will learn how to breathe properly, how prana flows through the body, and how to heal with the energy of prana.

Our Holistic Yoga training includes the foundation of Yoga Therapy, tools for diagnosis, alternative medicine such as herbs and healing techniques, and how to treat different diseases. Yoga therapy and Ayurveda go hand in hand as they use holistic measures to treat the individual as a whole. In this course, you will be learning the basic principles of Ayurveda including the three doshas, and how to look at human existence from an Ayurvedic perspective. Our expert Ayurveda specialists will teach you massage therapy for the entire body.

The location of our beautiful resort will provide a sanctuary for you, as you connect to nature. On your days off, you can swim in the ocean, take a surfing class or sip on water from fresh coconut while watching the sunset from a cafe. We will also have optional planned excursions and activities on Sundays.

After this course, you will feel ready to share your knowledge as a yoga teacher by teaching in your home country or internationally. Our 200-hour Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda TTC is certified with Yoga Alliance International, meaning you will receive a certificate upon completion.

All three meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at Samadhi Yoga Ashram. We follow the Ayurvedic way of cooking. Yes, it is enough to teach, Our experienced yoga teacher will heal you and elevate you in such a way that you become inspired. After that, you cannot stay without teaching. Yes !!!! A yoga teacher is not only a teacher of techniques but a teacher of Love. Kindness and compassion. So come and elevate. We believe a true yoga teacher teaches first own self. You will be certified as a 200-hour yoga teacher and you can be registered in yoga alliance USA, Yoga Alliance professional.

Before teaching yoga you need to have a profound self-practice and training from the authentic yoga school. It is not the matter how long you should practice but it matters how much and how sincerely you practice and how much experience you have. At least 2 or 3 years of regular practice give you a good amount of experience to teach yoga. Yoga alliance also recommend 2 years of time

If you have done the 100 Hours basic yoga course, you will not be a registered yoga teacher in yoga alliance but you will be eligible to attend our 200 Yoga ttc in any month for 100 hour more and you will complete 200 hours. Yes you can teach the simple practices like joint movements, simple asana, pranayama and meditation practices.

Rules & Discipline For Kundalini Yoga Class In Kerala

Students will have to follow these rules in Kundalini Yoga class

  • Attend all activities & classes.
  • No alcohol or smoking on campus.
  • Respect your teacher and follow the rules.
  • Be on time; otherwise, you will not get entry to the class.
  • Inform the kitchen manager if you are not having the meal.
  • Misbehavior or Misconduct will not be tolerated or allowed.
  • Return the borrowed goods, maps, and books before departure.
  • You will have to present in all programs of the Samadhi Yoga Ashram.
  • Your friends or relatives will not be included in the accommodation. If someone is coming with you, please inform us.

Refund Policy For Samadhi Yoga Ashram

  • An advance of course fees will not be refundable. Students can join us on other schedules in case of an emergency.
  • If students cancel the course, we accept the cancellation, but the advance deposit will not be refunded in cancellation.
  • There is no charge for course cancellation. The student just has to inform us by email.
  • Samadhi Yoga Ashram is not responsible for any mishappenings before the course schedule.

Staying at the Samadhi Yoga Ashram for my 200-hour yoga teacher training was the best decision I ever made. The staff and teachers were super friendly and knowledgeable. By the end of the 18-day intensive training we were so close, always laughing and hugging. I really feel like we all became a family. I made amazing memories there. The facility and accommodations met my expectations and had everything I needed. When I went in December it was a little cold but if you have enough blankets you will be fine! The staff also has plenty of blankets for people to use if needed. The food was delicious and plentiful every day. We also had enough time for breaks throughout the day to explore the town and have fun. Would highly recommend it!
