Our Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is thoughtfully designed for expectant mothers and aspiring prenatal teachers. You learn safe asana variations for each trimester, gentle pranayama, prenatal Yoga Nidra and meditation that ease common pregnancy discomforts (back pain, swelling, anxiety) while supporting healthy circulation, mobility and emotional wellbeing.
The course also covers the spiritual and devotional traditions of conscious motherhood — mantras for the unborn baby, Ayurvedic prenatal nutrition, the 16 Samskaras, teaching methodology and rituals that prepare both mother and child for a smooth, conscious birth. You leave grounded, centred, and equipped to teach prenatal yoga safely and intelligently.
