Samadhi Yoga Ashram sits on the banks of the holy Ganga at Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh — a place that has held space for yoga, kundalini, tantra and spiritual practice for over 14 years. The ashram is surrounded by the beautiful Shivalik foothills of the Himalayas. There is no better setting in Rishikesh to experience the depth of yoga and the quiet of an ashram life.
Rishikesh is the birthplace of yoga and has been a centre of spirituality for thousands of years. Staying here, you are naturally recharged with the divine energy and peace this land has always carried.
Our Accommodation

Find us behind Laxman Jhula Police Station — the ashram is built in a traditional Indian style with all the comforts you need. Each room has a private western toilet, hot shower, a spacious wardrobe and room for your books and laptop.

A vegetarian yogic diet is the most powerful support for the progress of spirituality in our life. Three sattvic meals daily, prepared fresh with locally sourced ingredients. Vegan and gluten-free on request.
Food at the Ashram
Food is part of the practice. We serve sattvic vegetarian meals prepared fresh, with love and care — three meals a day, balanced for nourishment alongside your yoga.
A vegetarian yogic diet is the most powerful support for the progress of spirituality. Each meal is cooked in a loving and spiritual manner, so that you receive every benefit from what you eat.
Fresh ingredients, organic vegetables and fruit are used wherever possible. The menu is balanced for nutrition and prepared without preservatives, artificial flavours or anything that would weigh the body down before practice.
Detox juice or brunch in the morning, a full sattvic lunch, and a light dinner. Each meal is timed and balanced to support a full day of yoga, meditation and study — not just to fill the plate.
If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements — gluten-free, vegan, or anything else — we are happy to prepare special meals on request. Let us know in advance and the kitchen will look after you.
