At Samadhi Yoga Ashram, our daily schedule is intentionally crafted to honour the natural cycles of your energy — balancing the solar energy of active morning movement with the lunar energy of introspection and rest in the evening. Beyond the Mat · Explore the Island of the Gods
Step beyond the shala and into Bali's wider landscape. During your retreat you will visit Pura Tirta Empul — the sacred water temple built in 926 AD where Balinese come to purify body and spirit — and walk through the Tegallalang rice terraces, whose structure and irrigation have been maintained by community cooperation for centuries. These optional excursions are arranged around the retreat's quieter days.

Walk through Bali’s emerald rice paddies — the iconic Tegalalang terraces near Ubud cascade down the hillside in graceful curves. Built using the ancient Subak irrigation system (a UNESCO heritage), they offer a meditative immersion in the rhythm of nature, sky and earth.

Your fee covers accommodation, three daily meals, all yoga and meditation classes, planned excursions and airport pickup from Ngurah Rai International (Denpasar). The only things outside the package are personal expenses, optional spa treatments, and any extra excursions you choose to add.
