Course Hour Breakdown

Understanding The Structure Of The 300 Hour YTTC In Bali

The 300 hour curriculum advances the five pillars — asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and teaching methodology — into deeper, more subtle territory. It assumes the 200 hour foundation and refines it, completing the path toward full 500 hour certification.

Each pillar is practised daily through the residential immersion in Bali, so you return to every subject every day rather than finishing one and moving on. This repetition — the traditional gurukul method — is what turns 300 advanced hours into genuine mastery, not just information.

Classes 25 days × 9 hrs/day 225 Hours

We Follow

The 5000 Years Old Yoga Tradition of The Himalayan Masters

Samadhi Yoga Ashram follows the teachings of generations of Himalayan masters and saints who lived in the cave hermitages of the Himalayas. The teaching lineage stretches back nearly 5,000 years and includes Adi Shankaracharya, Swami Rama of the Himalayas, and his student Swami Veda Bharati. This tradition was practiced for centuries without a single name — we refer to it simply as the Tradition of the Himalayan Masters.

Yogi Vishnu Panigrahi, the founder of Samadhi Yoga Ashram, is a student of Swami Veda Bharati — who was, in turn, a student of Swami Rama. Through this unbroken teacher-student chain, the practical methods of pranayama, meditation, kriya and yoga philosophy have been transmitted from one generation to the next without being diluted by trend.

Although yoga has roots in Hindu culture, it is not a religion. The Himalayan path is open to anyone — regardless of religion, language or nationality. What it asks of you is sincerity, regularity, and willingness to learn from a teacher. The classical teacher-student relationship is still the foundation of how we work.

The ashram teaches the full eight-limbed path of yoga — including Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Tantra Yoga. A central instruction of the Himalayan tradition is "to be free of fear, become aware of the reality within." The work is practical, daily, and grounded — not abstract, not religious, not performative.

After teaching for two years post my RYT 200, I came to Bali for the 300 Hour and it completely refined my craft. The advanced asana, deeper pranayama and yoga therapy modules took my practice to a whole new level. Walking out as an RYT 500 surrounded by Bali’s rice fields was the most empowering 25 days of my life.

The 25-day advanced Bali immersion was exactly the next step my teaching needed. Diving into advanced anatomy, yoga therapy and refined teaching methodology with senior Himalayan masters — while doing melukat at Tirta Empul on weekends — bridged the RYT 200 to RYT 500 path beautifully. Best continuing-education choice I’ve made.

For my RYT 300 I wanted real depth, not just another vacation course. Samadhi’s Bali 300 Hour delivered exactly that — advanced philosophy (Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita), deeper pranayama, kriyas and yoga therapy taught by genuine Himalayan masters. The 25-day rhythm in Bali felt like a true sadhana, not a retreat.

Small group, personal mentoring and an advanced curriculum that respected our existing teaching experience. The 300 Hour gave me yoga therapy skills, advanced sequencing and the RYT 500 credential to step into more serious teaching roles. The Bali setting made the deeper inner work feel almost effortless.

This is a programme for those who are already YTT 200-hour graduates and want to go deeper into their own practice and teaching.

Yes. Students receive a Yoga Alliance–certified RYT 300 certificate upon completion of the programme. Combined with your existing RYT 200, you reach the prestigious RYT 500 mastery level. You can also continue with our 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification should you wish to go further.

The focus of the training is on advanced practice, refining teaching skills, personal exploration, commitment to sadhana, and integration of yogic knowledge into professional practice and daily routine.

No, experience with teaching in the past is helpful but not required. The admission prerequisite for this course is the completion of a 200-hour YTTC.

The tranquil, serene surroundings of Bali are the perfect place to switch off and dedicate yourself to silence — going within, allowing for growth from within, and delving deep into your yoga practice in a peaceful yet spiritually uplifting environment.

The 300 Hour combines advanced asana, deeper pranayama, yoga therapy and meditation with a multi-style approach — advanced Hatha, refined Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow and restorative Yin — alongside holistic anatomy, alignment & adjustment and full teaching methodology.

All classes are conducted in English.

Yes. Shared accommodation and three sattvic meals daily are included in the price. Private accommodation can be arranged for an additional cost — please request at the time of booking.

The nearest airport is Denpasar International (DPS, also called Ngurah Rai). We offer free pick-up from Denpasar Airport. Once you book, our team will share detailed travel instructions and answer all your visa, transport, and arrival questions.
