Yogi Rohit Kumar

  • Kundalini Theory
  • Kundalini Practices
  • Yoga Philosophy

Yogi Rohit Kumar's background isn't what you'd expect from a Kundalini teacher at first. He holds an M.A. in English Literature and an LL.B. in Law, degrees that come from years of careful reading and study, long before yoga became his main focus. But he has also been a serious, committed yoga practitioner for a long time, and it's this steady, personal practice that has given him his real skill.

This mix of backgrounds turns out to be a real strength in how he teaches. His training in law and literature made him comfortable with careful reading and clear explanation, and those same skills translate well into teaching something as detailed as Kundalini theory. He doesn't just guide students through the practices, he can also explain the philosophy behind them with the same care he once brought to a legal text or a piece of literature.

After more than 10 years of steady practice, he has built real insight into both the theory and the practice of yoga, with Kundalini as his main focus. Students working with him can expect someone who won't just hand them a technique to repeat, but will also explain the thinking behind it, so the practice actually makes sense instead of just being followed on faith.

If you're drawn to the more thoughtful side of yoga, or want your practice built on clear understanding as much as direct experience, Yogi Rohit's unusual path, from literature and law into Kundalini theory, makes him a genuinely different kind of teacher.
