2. **Reserve a seat with a USD 200 deposit + USD 20 handling fee** via Wise, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer (international students) or UPI / IMPS / RTGS (Indian students). Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to any future batch within 12 months.
3. **Confirmation email** from admissions follows once the deposit clears.

A: Delhi airport to Rishikesh is about a 6-hour drive. We offer a round-trip transport package for USD 150 (airport pickup, Delhi–Rishikesh transfer, return drive after the course). One-way is USD 75. Train via Haridwar is also possible. The nearest airport is Dehradun (30 minutes from the ashram).

**Q: Are the teachers qualified?**
A: All teachers are qualified yogis — many hold Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 status, several have Master's degrees in Yogic Sciences, and most have practised and taught at the ashram for more than a decade.

**Q: Will English be a barrier?**
A: No — English is the primary language of instruction and is a second language for most of our international students. The courses are designed to be easy to follow.

**Q: Can I attend if I'm pregnant?**
